He told me he can see on his screen 25+ houses for rent, but there aren't. I want my money back.
Never ever buy a subscription; these are fooling you, and there is no customer care service, either call or chat. Useless scamming app of innocent people.

Hi I am Divya the innocent customer who has fallen in your trap on 19th June 2025
First your customer service person name Poonam of Chennai office kept on calling me to join the premium service. I told her I will click return back guarantee service though it is expensive she forced me to join relax plan.
I am enclosing all screenshots proof where I tell her I am ready to pay 2800 but she's asking to join 2200 scam . Then she aligned me a girl name shilpa her no is 973900**** and from past 6 days I got zero service from her or anyone from housing. Com
And on that when I am trying to call their main office . It shows that the number doesn't exist.
Such a big scam company is housing.
Com. It takes money from innocent people to fill their stomach.

I got scammed
- - There was a scam on Housing.com by Nihal Anand, Lanco Hills.
- - Paid 2k token, 8k card fee, 1k+20 rules; total 3020; police complaint; refund.
I tried contacting but could not connect to the company's phone number.Please revert back
I asked for my token advance of 2k back, and he told me I had to pay 1020/- rupees as a supporting amount. I paid, hoping I would get back my money, but after sending to whatever scanner he gave, he said it's not the right procedure; 1k should be sent first and 20 again: 'it is society's rules.'
I lost my money of 3020/-, and I gave a police complaint. I still have to give an FIR.
Please help me to get back my money, and I hope you verify if they are actual owners or scammers.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Housing.com : Faulty tech, over committing, zero delivery of services, incapable customer service. Total fraud.
- - Purchased premium plan; interface down 3 weeks and pictures unavailable.
- - Only 1 lead opens but provides no info; refunds denied; generic replies.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I posted a complaint on your site.
Also, called customer service.
They couldn't improve their service, instead, they said they would process the full refund. The amount has not been credited in my account as yet, though.
Its been 3 weeks since the functions on their interface are not working.
I cant even see the pictures of the property. Only 1 lead, which doesn't open. So no information about that 1 lead even. I have been writing emails, and calling customer service (Ref ID 250****)but they have a std reply, "have raised the concern, will be resolved in 24 hrs, pl don't worry".
When I ask for a refund, they say, its not their policy to refund money!!
Please checkIts been frustrating apart from that feeling of losing money to fraud.
